摘　　要：目的了解2015—2017年台山市新发现HIV感染者/AIDS患者首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测情况及影响因素,为艾滋病的防治工作提供依据。方法采集2015—2017年台山市新发现385例HIV感染者/AIDS患者的外周血,用BD FACSCalibur流式细胞仪进行CD4+T淋巴细胞检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果 385例HIV感染者首次CD4+T淋巴细胞计数平均值为(300.51±215.97)个/μl,小于200个/μl的有149例,占38.70%;200~349个/μl的有87例,占22.60%;350~500个/μl的有81例,占21.04%;大于500个/μl的有68例,占17.66%。性别及人群职业分类对CD4+T淋巴细胞计数结果影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、感染途径及样品来源等因素对CD4+T淋巴细胞计数结果影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2015—2017年台山市新发现的HIV感染者大部分为HIV感染中晚期到晚期,免疫水平较低,提示本地的艾滋病防治形势严峻。[Objective]To investigate the first detection results of CD4＋ T lymphocyte among 385 newly discovered HIV infections and AIDS patients in Taishan City from 2015-2017, analyze influencing factors, and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of AIDS.[Methods] The peripheral blood samples were collected from 385 newly discovered HIV infections and AIDS patients in Taishan City from 2015-2017. CD4＋T lymphocyte was detected by BD FACSCalibur flow cytometry and the results were statistically analyzed.[Results] The mean value of the first CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte count of 385 HIV infected patients was（300.51±215.97） cells/μl. 149 cases had the results 200 cells/μl, accounting for 38.70 %, 87 cases had the results of 200-349 cells/μl, accounting for 22.60%, 81 cases had the results of 350-500 cells/μl, accounting for 21.04%, and 69 cases had the results 500 cells/μl, accounting for 17.66%. Gender and occupational classification had no significant effect on the results CD4＋T lymphocyte count（P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in the results CD4＋T lymphocyte count among groups in different age, marital status, educational level, infection pathway and sample source（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]From 2015-2017, most of the newly discovered HIV infections in Taishan City are in the middle and late stage of HIV infection, and the immunity level is low, indicating that the local AIDS prevention and control situation is serious.
