摘　　要：目的分析2008—2017年北京市怀柔区14岁以下人群法定传染病的发病趋势和流行特征,为完善14岁以下人群的防控措施提供数据支持。方法收集和整理《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中报告的北京市怀柔区儿童法定传染病监测数据,用SPSS 17.0软件进行流行病学分析。结果 2008—2017年报告北京市怀柔区0~14岁常住儿童法定传染病共计15 952例,年发病率在4 929.73/10万~15 587.7/10万,平稳中略呈小幅上升趋势(χ2=397.28,P<0.01);以肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病为主,分别占85.16%和14.64%。男童发病率高于女童,以散居和托幼儿童为主,发病前5位的病种依次是其他感染性腹泻、手足口病、流行性感冒、细菌性痢疾、流行性腮腺炎。结论目前肠道传染病仍是北京市怀柔区14岁以下儿童较为严重的法定传染病,做好托幼儿童和散居儿童的传染病防控工作是当前工作的重点。[Objective] To provide data support for the improvement of prevention and control measures by analyzing the incidence trends and epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases among children under 14 years old in Huairou District of Beijing City from 2008-2017.[Methods]Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of notifiable infectious diseases of children in Huairou District reported from National Notifiable Disease Surveillance System by SPSS 17.0.[Results]A total of 15 952 cases of notifiable infectious diseases among children under 14 years old were reported in Huairou District of Beijing City from 2008-2017, the annual incidence was between 4 929.73/lakh and 15 587.7/lakh, with a is a slight upward trend（χ2=397.28, P〈0.01）. The majority of cases were intestinal infectious diseases（85.16%） and respiratory infectious diseases（14.64%）. There were more male cases than the females, and most cases were scattered children and children in kindergarten.The five leading diseases were other infectious diarrhea diseases, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, influenza, bacillary dysentery,and mumps.[Conclusion]Intestinal infectious diseases are the most common notifiable infectious disease among children under14 years old in Huairou District, and the prevention and control of infectious diseases should focus on scattered children and children in kindergarten.
