摘 要:目的:探讨解放军总医院一体化智能门诊药房的管理与实践。方法:对发药流程和业务管理工作中应用信息化和自动化的情况进行分析。结果:信息化集成下的自动调剂流程,使高峰时段患者平均取药等候时间控制在7.7分钟以内,患者满意度提升了1.48%。信息化手段用于药品入、出、存和效期的精细化管理及运维监测系统调配人力资源,故障语音播报系统使故障处理时间平均缩短3分钟。发放合理用药指导,提高了患者依从性。结论:门诊药房的信息化、自动化提高了工作效率,提升了药房管理的精细化程度,是现代门诊药房的发展方向。Objective: To discuss the management and practice of integrated intelligent outpatient pharmacy in our hospital. Methods: The application of informatization and automation in drug delivery and business management were analyzed. Results: The average waiting time of taking medicine during peak hours was controlled within 7.7 minutes and the satisfaction rate of patients has improved by 1.48% under the automatic allocation process of informatization integration. Informatization was applied to entering, outing and storing of drugs and fine management of expiry date, operation and maintenance of monitoring system which was used to allocate human resources. The average fault processing time has shortened by 3 minutes with the help of fault voice broadcast system. Besides, the guidance of rational drug use improved the patients' compliance. Conclusion: The informatization and automation of outpatient pharmacy improved the work efficiency and the precision of pharmacy management, which would be a promising direction for modem outoatient oharmacv.
