摘  要:W18Cr4V高速钢的热处理工艺影响材料的综合力学性能,本文研究预备处理、热处理工艺参数对显微组织和硬度的影响,结果表明:采取多段预热、1275℃淬火、580~620℃分级冷却、560℃三次回火保温60 min,能获得碳化物弥散分布的回火马氏体组织及优良的力学性能,对工业化生产和学术研究具有重要意义。Heat treatment technology of W18Cr4V high-speed steel influenced the comprehensive mechani- cal performance of material. The influence of preparation heat treatment and heat treatment technical pa- rameter on microstructure and hardness was studied in this paper. The result indicated that tempering mar- tensite structure with carbide dispersion distribution and excellent mechanical performance were obtained by multi step preheating, quenching at 1275℃, grading cooling at 580-620℃, and three times tempe- ring at 560℃ for 60 min. It had important sienificance for industrial production and academic research.
