摘　　要：文章针对快速城市化背景下,古都城市历史遗存保护与城市更新冲突的规划求解问题,试图从小尺度的城市内部区域入手,基于遗产廊道理念,在厘清区内各类历史文化景观资源要素类别和保护面临的现实问题的基础上,明确保护的内容体系和规划引导的空间结构。文章选择南京市秦淮-白下单元作为实证案例,探讨一种适用于旧城更新中城市内部小尺度区域历史文化景观资源保护的分析框架,为指导老城区城市更新与规划建设实践提供依据。In context of rapid urbanization, this paper focuses on a possible solution to the issues raised by conillct be- tween protection of historical relics and urban renewal projects in planning perspective. Starting with inner city areas in local scale, this paper determines content system of historical relics＂ protection and its planning guidance of spatial structure by clarifying the categories of historical and cultural landscape resources and practical problems in protec- tion, which is based on the Heritage Corridor Concept. Taking Qinhuai - Baixia Unit in Nanjing City as an empirical analysis example, the paper explores an analysis framework of protective guidance of local scale area historical and cultural landscape resources in inner city, which is suitable for renewal and development of old cities.
