摘　　要：阐述BA纱的研发思路,采用棉和涤纶为原料,通过3种纺纱工艺纺制36.0 tex棉涤混纺(60∶40)针织纱,并通过生产实践确定最佳的产品开发工艺。详细讨论关键技术,包括清花工序混合、梳棉工序、并条工序、粗纱工序、细纱工序、络筒工序。结果表明,该BA纱是采用不同质量的粗纱以不同喂入点喂入纺制而成的一种创新型赛络纺纱线,其制作的面料效果独特,适用于制作内衣、休闲装、毛衫等产品,经济效益良好。The research and development ideas of BA knitting yarn are expounded. The 36.0 tex of cotton and polyester blended knitting yarn（60∶40） is spun according to three spinning processes by using cotton and polyester as raw materials, and the best product development process is determined through production practice. Detailed key technologies are discussed, including mixing of picking process, carding process, drawing process, roving process,spinning process and winding process. The results show that the BA knitting yarn is an innovative Siro-spun yarn with different quality roving and different feeding points. The fabrics produced by the BA yarn have unique effects and are suitable for underwear, casual wear, sweater and other products, which have good economic benefits.
