摘  要:选用混纺比例分别为50∶30∶20、60∶20∶20、70∶10∶20的16.7 tex×2兔毛纤维、天丝、维纶混纺纱为原料,制备兔毛混纺多孔纱针织面料,并测试织物退维前后的透气性、透湿性和保暖性,研究织物的透气性、透湿性、保暖性与兔毛含量的关系,分析退维后多孔结构对织物性能的影响。结果表明,随着兔毛纤维含量的增加,兔毛混纺多孔纱针织物的透气性和透湿性均略有下降,而保暖性有所改善;在兔毛纤维含量相同的条件下,退维后多孔纱针织物的透气性、透湿性、保暖性均比退维前有所提高。The rabbit hair blended porous yarn knitted products were prepared by using 1.67 tex×2 rabbit hair fiber/Tencel/Vinylon blended yarns with the blending ratios of 50∶30∶20, 60∶20∶20 and 70∶10∶20, and the air permeability, moisture permeability and warmth retention property of the fabric before and after vinylon dissolution were tested. The relationship among air permeability, moisture permeability and warmth retention of the fabric and rabbit hair content was studied, and the effect of porous structure after vinylon dissolution on fabric performance was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of rabbit hair fiber content, the air permeability and moisture permeability of rabbit hair blended porous yarn knitted fabric decreases slightly, but the warmth retention improves. Under the same content of rabbit hair fiber, the air permeability, moisture permeability and warmth retention of porous yarn knitted fabric after vinylon dissolution are higher than that before vinylon dissolution.
