天然紫草素在纺织印染领域的研究进展

摘　　要：紫草素是从紫草根部提取的多种萘醌类色素的总称,具有多种生理药理活性,它作为天然色素已应用于食品、化妆品和印染等行业。本文主要综述了紫草素作为一种天然紫色染料在蛋白质纤维和纤维素纤维染色的应用进展,包括丝织物、毛织物、棉织物、麻织物和再生纤维,主要介绍了不同的染色方法和染色条件对织物染色性能的影响,为天然紫草素在纺织印染领域的应用提供参考依据。Shikonin is extracted from the roots of lithospermum, which has a variety of pharmacological activities and has been used as a natural pigment in food, cosmetics, and textile industries. Recent research progress was reviewed in the application of shikonin as a natural pigment in the field of protein fibers and cellulose fibers,including silk, wool, cotton, linen, and recycled fiber textiles. The effects of different dyeing methods and dyeing conditions on the dyeing properties of fabrics were introduced, and the optimized dyeing process was given, which provides a reference for the application of natural shikonin in the printing and dyeing of textile field.
