摘 要:通过悬浮液超声喷雾法建立了大气碳黑标准源系统,以乙醇∶水(4∶1)的混合液作为溶剂,加入定量十二烷基磺酸钠作为表面活性剂配制成一定浓度的碳黑悬浮液,通过蠕动泵的控制使悬浮液以一定的流量进入超声喷嘴,在其作用下形成喷雾,碳黑喷雾在混合腔中与纯净的稀释气体混合均匀,最终在空气混合腔中得到浓度可变的大气碳黑标准样品。膜采样实验验证了其在大气碳黑目标浓度40~140 mg/m^3时具有很好的工作能力,MAAP实验则证实在蠕动泵不同进液流量下,其对于0.5~20 mg/m^3的低浓度大气碳黑气溶胶也具有较高的可行性。To measure black carbon (BC) in atmosphere, the system of BC standard source is established by the method of ultrasonic spray of black carbon suspensions. In this paper, process of the method is described as follows: a mixture of ethylic alcohol and deionized water (volume ratio 4 to 1) is used as solvent with certain amount of surfactant of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to make BC suspensions, which controlled by a peristaltic pump, with a certain flow rate, enter a ultrasonic nozzle forming mist spraying, which in the mixing chamber is mixed uniformly with pure diluted air; finally the atmosphere BC standard samples with changeable concentration are obtained. Verified by the experiment of membrane sampling, this BC standard source system shows a good operational capability when the target BC concentrations range from 40 μg/m3 to 140 μg/m3, and the tests by MAAP indicate that this standard source is of considerable feasibility in low concentrations ranging from 0.5 μg/m3 to 20 μg/m3.
