摘  要:以‘黑美人’西瓜为供试材料,通过连续2 a大田试验,即单施木薯加工废弃物有机肥处理(A)、木薯加工废弃物有机肥和无机肥配施处理(B),以不施肥处理(CK-1)和单施化肥处理(CK-2)作为空白和常规施肥对照,定期监测西瓜连作土壤微生物数量、酶活性和养分含量的动态变化。结果表明:木薯加工废弃物有机肥增加了西瓜连作土壤的微生物数量,提高了土壤酶活性、有机质及速效养分含量。该研究为木薯加工废弃物有机肥料化应用提供一条新途径。Single application of organic fertilizer fermented from cassava processing waste (Treatment A) and combined application of manure and inorganic fertilizer (Treatment B) were conducted for 2 years in the soil of a watermelon "Heimeiren (black beauty)" field, with no application of fertilizer (Treatment CK-1) and single application of chemical fertilizer (Treatment CK-2) as a blank and a conventional fertilizer application control to observe the dynamic change of microorganism quantity, enzyme activity and nutrient content in the soil planted with watermelon for continuous cropping. The results showed that the organic fertilizer derived from cassava processing waste increased the amount of microorganism, the enzyme activity and the contents of organic matters and available nutrients in the watermelon continuous cropping soil. This study provided a new way for the utilization of organic fertilizer derived from cassava orocessing waste..
