摘  要:为探索海南石斛(Dendrobium hainanense)和昌江石斛(Dendrobium changjiangense)不同提取部位的体外抗菌效果,以金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌为受试菌株,采用倍比稀释法、琼脂平板法对海南石斛和昌江石斛不同部位进行抗菌活性筛选,并考察对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的生长抑制曲线和电导率变化情况。结果表明,A、E能显著抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的正常生长,A对金黄色葡萄球菌最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为2.5 mg/mL,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为5.0 mg/mL;E对金黄色葡萄球菌MIC和MBC均为2.5 mg/mL;且E极显著增加金黄色葡萄球菌的渗透性。A、C、E显著抑制白色念珠菌的正常生长,F极显著抑制白色念珠菌的正常生长,增加白色念珠菌的渗透性,F对白色念珠菌的MIC和MBC均为1.25 mg/mL。表明海南石斛的乙酸乙酯部位对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强抗菌效果,昌江石斛的乙酸乙酯部位对白色念珠菌具有较强抗菌效果,该结论为海南石斛和昌江石斛进一步开发奠定了科学基础。In order to study the antimicrobial activity in vitro of the extracts of Dendrobium hainanense and Dendrobium changjiangense, the antimicrobial activities of different parts of D. hainanense and D. changjictngense were screened by double dilution method and agar plate method with Staphylococcus aureus, klebsiella pneumoniae, escherichia coli and candida albicans as the tested bacteria. The change of the growth curve and electrical conductivity of S. aureus and C. albicans were studied. The results showed that the extracted part by alcohol (A) and the extracted part by acetic ether (E)of D. hainanense obviously inhibited the normal growth of S.aureus. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) in the A was 2.5mg/mL and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) in the A was 5.0 mg/mL. The MIC and MBC in the E were all 2.5mg/mL. The E greatly increased the permeability of S. aureus. The A, the petroleum ether extract (C) and the E obviously inhibited the normal growth of C. albicans. The extracted part by acetic ether (F) of D. changjiangense could obviously inhibited the normal growth (P〈0.01) and increased the permeability of C. albicans (P〈0.01). The MIC and MBC in the F were all 1.25mg/mL. The acetic ether extract of D. hainanense showed strong antibacterial activity against S.aureus and the acetic ether extract of D. changjiangense showed strong antibacterial activity against C. albicans. This paper laid foundation for the further development ofD. hainanense and D. changjiangense.
