二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测系统的研究

摘　　要：为快速简便检测果蔬中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留,尝试建立一种快速检测系统。利用样品中的二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药在氯化亚锡-盐酸溶液中共热后,会被还原分解产生二硫化碳,通过载气将反应产生的二硫化碳气体引入吸收装置中发生显色反应,采用分光光度计测定显色后溶液的吸光光度值,根据标准曲线求算其浓度,从而实现样品中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的快速检测。实验结果表明,二硫代氨基甲酸酯含量(以二硫化碳计)在5~50μg/g,显色液吸光值与二硫代氨基甲酸酯含量间存在良好的线性关系;3种不同类型农产品中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的加标回收率为82%~107%,相对标准偏差小于10%;检测结果与气相色谱法检测的结果之间不存在显著差异;最低定量检出限为0.17μg/g,满足国家标准GB 2763-2005对于该类农药的限量要求。该快速检测系统操作简便、成本低,可实现常见农产品中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测需求。A rapid detection system was tested to detect the residues of dithiocarbamate pesticides in the fruit and vegetables. The rapid detection of dithiocarbamate pesticides residues in samples was achieved by the following method. The residues of dithiocarbamate pesticides in samples were reduced to carbon disulfide when heated in the stannous chloride hydrochloric acid solution. The carbon disulfide was carried into the absorption device by carrier gas to have color reaction. The absorbance of the color solution after color reaction was determined by using spectrophotometry, and the concentration of pesticide residues was calculated based on the standard curve. The results showed that the content of dithiocarbamate （carbon disulfide-based） was in the range of 5-50μg/g. The absorbance of the color solution was linearly related with the content of dithiocarbamate. The spike recovery of the residues of dithiocarbamate pesticides in the three different types of agricultural products was 82%-107%. The relative standard deviation was less than 10%. This method was not significantly different in detection results from the gas chromatography. The method had a detection limit of 0.17μg/g, meeting the detection limit range specified in the National Standard GB2763-2005 for the pesticides. This method was easy to operate and low in cost, and can hence be used for rapid residue detection of dithiocarbamate pesticides in the common agricultural products..
