摘　　要：[目的]探讨微信+电话随访在晚期去势抵抗性前列腺癌(CRPC)病人中的应用效果。[方法]将我院92例晚期CRPC病人以随机数字表法分为试验和对照组,对照组采取泌尿外科常规出院指导和电话随访,试验组在常规出院指导基础上进行微信+电话随访,比较两组病人出院时、出院后1个月、出院后3个月心理状态、自我护理能力及性关注程度。[结果]试验组病人出院后3个月抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组出院后3个月,自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我护理概念及健康知识水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在常规出院指导基础上实施微信+电话随访的延续性护理服务模式,能减轻病人焦虑和抑郁心理,提高病人院外自护能力。Objective： To investigate the effect of WeChat combined with telephone follow-up for patients with advanced castration-resistant prostate cancer. Methods： A total of 92 patients with advanced castration-resistant prostate cancer were divided into experiment and control groups with random number table.The patients in control group used conventional urological discharge guidance and telephone follow-up.The patients in experimental group used WeChat combined with telephone follow-up based on conventional urological discharge guidance.The mental state,self-care ability and sexual attention were compared between the two groups at discharge,1 month and 3 months after discharge. Results： The scores of self-rating depression scale and self-ration anxiety scale in experimental group were lower than those in control group at 3 months after discharge（ P 〈0.05）.The levels of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-care concept and health knowledge in experimental group were higher than those in control group at 3 months after discharge （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： The continued nursing service model based on WeChat combined with telephone follow-up on the basis of conventional urological discharge guidance could alleviate anxiety and depression in patients and improve self-care ability of patients.
