梅毒和艾滋病等传染病预防控制对策探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨梅毒和艾滋病等传染病进行预防控制的有效对策。方法研究对象都是在该疾控中心中2016年1月—2017年1月在该疾控中心接受自愿咨询检测的无艾滋病和梅毒人员中的100例,以抽签法实现各组处理。参照组(n=50)选择常规管理,研究组(n=50)在参照组基础之上选择进行健康教育,然后比较每组疾病产生情况以及最终的预防控制满意情况。结果选择进行健康教育的研究组在疾病产生情况(4.00%)与最终预防控制情况(98.00%)上,与选择常规管理的参照组(20.00%、82.00%)形成足够优势,检验处理后差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.060 6,P=0.013 8;χ~2=7.111 1,P=0.007 6)。结论接受自愿咨询检测的无艾滋病和梅毒人员,通过健康教育能够很好的对艾滋病和梅毒进行控制,预防了这两种疾病的继续流行乃至传染,大大将传染病产生几率降低。Objective To explore effective countermeasures for prevention and control of infectious diseases such as syphilis and AIDS. Methods The study subjects were selected from 100 patients without AIDS and syphilis who were subjected to voluntary counseling and testing from January 2016 to January 2017 in this CDC and were treated by lottery. The reference group （n=50） selected routine management, and the study group （n=50） selected health education based on the reference group, and then compared the occurrence of each group of diseases and the final prevention and control satisfaction. Results The study group selected for health education developed sufficient advantages in terms of disease production （4.00%） and final prevention and control （98.00%）, and selected reference groups （20.00%, 82.00%） for routine management, the diffewrenee was statistically signfieant （x^2=6.060 6, P=0.0138; x^2=7.111 1, P=0.007 6）. Conclusion People without AIDS and syphilis who have received voluntary counseling and testing can control AIDS and syphilis through health education, prevent the continued epidemic and even infection of these two diseases, and greatly reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
