摘  要:通过对西宁地区宠物园18例犬腹泻病直肠粪便拭子采样,进行病原的DNA(RNA)基因组的提取,运用PCR进行分子鉴定分析,确诊引起临床症状的主要病原,以期为临床上有效防治犬腹泻提供参考。结果表明,18例样本均为犬细小病毒阳性,犬瘟热病毒阴性; 4例为隐孢子虫阳性,均为犬隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium canis); 6例为贾第鞭毛虫阳性,基因型包括Giardia intestinalis assemblage B、C和D。这个宠物园的18只患犬主要是病原感染引起的腹泻,包括病毒性感染(100. 0%)和寄生虫性感染(44. 4%),可见犬只均为带毒带虫的隐性感染状态。经过分子鉴定病原后,针对性地对病毒性和寄生虫性病原,合理采用对症治疗、对因治疗和辅助支持治疗方法进行全面有效的救治预防。18 stool swab samples from cases of dogs diarrhea were collected in pet dogs garden of Xining. The total DNA (RNA) of the pathogens were extracted, and then molecular identification was analyzed by PCR. The pathogens causing the clinical symptoms were diagnosed. The results showed that 18 cases were all positive for canine parvovirus, and negative for canine distemper virus. 4 cases were Cryptosporidium positive ( Ctyptosporidium canis ), 6 cases were positive for Giardia, genotype including Giardia intestinalis assemblage B, C and D.
