摘 要:以丝瓜络作为固体碳源和可渗透反应墙(PRB)的填充介质,处理硝酸盐污染地下水。研究了经不同浓度NaOH溶液预处理丝瓜络的静态释放特性及其反硝化能力,比选出了最优预处理方式,并以其为固体碳源去除地下水中硝酸盐。结果表明:经1.5%NaOH预处理的丝瓜络适宜作为反硝化脱氮的固体碳源和生物膜载体;在以其为PRB填充介质的试验中,NO^-_3-N平均去除率高达91.58%,TN平均去除率为87.83%。因此经1.5%NaOH预处理的丝瓜络能有效去除地下水中硝酸盐,适宜作为PRB的填充介质。Using the loofa sponge as solid carbon source and permeable reaction wall(PRB) filling medium, nitrate-contaminated groundwater was treated.The experiment of static carbon release and denitrification characteristics of pretreated loofa sponge with different concentrations of NaOH were studied.The optimal pretreated method was selected, and loofa sponge was used as fill media in Permeable Reactor Barrier(PRB) to treat nitrate contaminated groundwater. The results showed that the loofa sponge with 1.5% NaOH pretreatment was suitable as solid carbon source and biofilm carrier for denitrification. In simulated PRB test, the average removal rate of NO^-_3-N was as high as 91.58% and the average TN removal rate was 87.83%. Therefore, the loofa sponge with 1.5% NaOH pretreatment could effectively remove the nitrate in groundwater and be suitable as the filling medium of PRB.
