摘 要:基于2015年全国21个省份、114个乡镇、224个村和1 451户农户的大规模调研数据,从全国及分区的角度了解我国农村生活垃圾产生、收运、处理处置和管理服务现状。结果表明:我国农村生活垃圾产生量为0.79 kg/(人·d),且存在显著地区差异。随着垃圾管理流程(收集-清运-处理)的递进,拥有垃圾管理服务的村庄比例逐渐降低,89%的村庄拥有垃圾基础设施,81%的村庄清运垃圾,53%的村庄定期清运,清运周期为5天/次。92%的村庄对生活垃圾采取不同程度的最终处置,其中34%的村庄规范处理,首选方式是卫生填埋。94%的村庄拥有垃圾管理服务,其中村领导管理和乡镇及以上政府管理是最主要的两种管理模式,占比为56%和21%。Based on the large-scale survey data of 21 provinces, 114 townships, 224 villages and 1 451 households in 2015, this paper comprehensively analyzed the present situation of rural household waste generation, transportation, disposal and management services from the perspective of national and district. The results showed that China's rural household waste discharge was 0.79 kg/(cap·d), and the regional differences were significant. As the waste management process(collection-clearing-processing) progresses, the proportion of villages with waste management services was decreasing. According to the data, 89% of the villages had the services of garbage collection and transportation facilities, 81% of the villages taked out domestic waste, 53% of the village regularly cleared, and the clearance cycle was 5 days. In 92% of the villages, the final disposal of household waste was conducted in varying degrees, with only 34% of the villages being standardized, and the preferred method was sanitary landfills. 94% of the villages had waste management services. Village leadership management and township and above government management were the two main management models, accounting for 56% and 21%, respectively.
