摘  要:采用气雾化制备了Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4合金粉末,利用大气等离子喷涂在H62铜板和铝管表面制备了厚度约为0.2-0.3 mm的非晶合金涂层。结果表明:Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4合金涂层几乎为完全的非晶态结构,涂层硬度高达1 200 HV,喷涂有Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4涂层的样品对直流磁场和高频电磁场均具有良好的屏蔽性能,在800 A/m直流磁场下屏蔽效能为25 dB,在300 kHz-1.5 GHz频段屏蔽效能约为80 dB。Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4alloy powders were prepared by gas atomization technology.Amorphous Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4alloy coatings with thickness of about 0.2-0.3 mm were formed by air plasma-spraying the powders onto the H62brass substrates and aluminium pipes.The results show that the Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4alloy coating is almost completely amorphous,and the hardness of the coating is as high as 1 200 HV.The samples coated with Fe(36)Co(36)B(20)Nb4Si4coating have good shielding performance for both direct current magnetic field and high frequency electromagnetic field.The shielding efficiency is 25 dB at 800 A/m direct current magnetic field and 80 dB at 300 kHz-1.5 GHz frequency band.
