摘  要:随着Nd-Fe-B磁体的快速发展,合理利用La、Ce、Y等相对廉价稀土来降低生产成本具有重大的研究意义。研究Y在Nd-Y-Fe-B中添加对其磁性能的影响,有助于其他新兴磁体的发展。综述了Y替代Nd或者Fe对稀土永磁材料磁性能的影响,包括:Nd-Y-Fe-B合金本征磁性能、Nd-Y-Fe-B烧结磁体的磁性、Nd-Y-Fe-B纳米晶磁体的宏观磁性和微观结构。With the rapid development of Nd-Fe-B magnets,it is of great significance to make rational use of relatively cheap rare earth elements such as La,Ce,Y to reduce production costs. Studying the influence of Y substitution on the magnetic properties of Nd-Y-Fe-B magnets is helpful to the development of other novel magnets. The effects of Y substitution for Nd or Fe on the magnetic properties of rare earth permanent magnet materials were summarized,including the intrinsic magnetic properties of Nd-Y-Fe-B alloy,the magnetic properties of Nd-Y-Fe-B sintered magnet,and the magnetic properties and microstructure of Nd-Y-Fe-B nanocrystalline magnet.
