复方丹参注射液联合右旋糖酐-40治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参注射液联合右旋糖酐-40治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床疗效。方法将58例妊娠晚期羊水过少患者按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和试验组,每组29例。2组均采用右旋糖酐-40治疗。在此基础上,对照组采用维生素C注射液治疗,试验组采用复方丹参注射液治疗。观察治疗前、治疗7d后羊水指数(AFI)、脐动脉血流收缩末期峰值(S)与舒张末期峰值(D)的比值、羊水深度(AFV)、血小板黏附率、血浆黏度及母婴结局(剖宫产、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息)的情况。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗7d后AFI、AFV值均明显升高,S/D值和血小板黏附率、血浆黏度值均明显降低(均P<0.05);试验组剖宫产率及胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液联合右旋糖酐-40治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少可明显增加患者的羊水量,改善血液流变学及母婴结局。Objective To explore the curative effect of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza（Danshen） injection combined with dextran-40 on oligohydramnios in late pregnancy. Methods Fifty-eight patients with oligohydramnios in late pregnancy were treated with dextran-40.In addition,these patients were assigned to receive either vitamin C injection（control group, n =29） or compound Danshen injection（experimental group, n =29）.The amniotic fluid index（AFI）,ratio of end systolic peak（S） to end diastolic peak（D）,amniotic fluid depth（AFV）,platelet adhesion rate,plasma viscosity and maternal-infant outcomes（cesarean section,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia） were observed before and after treatment for 7 days. Results Compared with control group,the AFI and AFV increased but the S/D ratio,platelet adhesion rate and plasma viscosity decreased in experimental group after treatment for 7 days（ P 〈0.05）.Moreover,the incidences of cesarean section,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in experimental group were lower than those in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen injection combined with dextran-40 can increase amniotic fluid volume and improve hemorheology and maternal-neonatal outcomes in patients with oligohydramnios in late pregnancy.
