摘 要:目的:分析临床医师培训中应用主动示善方法的合理性及应用效果。方法:选取本院于2017-03~2018-03接受临床医师培训的100名医师作为研究对象,采取数字排列的方式分组,双数为对照组,单数为研究组,各50名。对照组(n=50)采取传统工作模式进行临床医师培训,工作中适当地加入医患沟通;研究组(n=50)采取"GLTC"医患沟通模式进行临床医师培训,尤其注重主动示善方法的应用。对比2种培训方法的合理性及应用效果。结果:研究组的满意度(100. 00%)显著高于对照组(88. 00%)(P <0. 05);研究组医师的自我评价优良率(100. 00%)显著高于对照组(90. 00%)(P <0. 05);研究组的医患纠纷情况显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:在临床医师培训中开启"GLTC"医患沟通模式,通过主动示善方法可促进医患之间建立友好关系,很大程度上提高工作效率和患者对护理服务的满意度,降低医患纠纷发生率。Objective: To analyze the rationality and effectiveness by applying proactive approach in the training for clinicians. Methods: 100 physicians who were trained in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups, with 50 in each group. The control group (n=50) were adopted traditional working mode, combined with the communication between doctors and patients. The research group (n=50) were taken "GLTC" doctor-patient communication model to carry on the clinician training, especially the application of the active demonstration. The rationality and application effects between the 2 training methods were compared. Results: The satisfaction degree of the study group (100.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.00%) (P〈0.05). The self-evaluation rate of the study group (100.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.00%) (P〈0.05). The doctor-patient disputes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The "GLTC" doctor-patient communication model in the training of clinicians is useful to promote friendly relations between doctors and patients through active method of showing good. It greatly improves work efficiency and patients' satisfaction with nursing services, and reduces the incidence of doctor-patient disputes.
