低钙透析液对腹膜患者钙磷代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨长期使用低钙透析液对腹膜透析患者钙磷代谢的影响。方法:将60例腹膜透析患者随机分为两组,研究组30例,给予低钙透析液进行治疗;对照组30例,给予标准钙透析液进行治疗。观察患者治疗前后血清中钙磷水平的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的血磷浓度随着时间增加均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且研究组患者的血磷浓度显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,研究组患者的血钙浓度与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),对照组患者的血钙浓度随着治疗时间增加显著逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且研究组的血钙浓度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:低钙透析液能显著降低患者的血磷水平,较好地控制患者的血钙水平,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the effect of long - term use of low calcium dialysate on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Method 60 patients with peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into study group and control group. In the study group,30 cases were treated with low calcium dialysate,while 30 cases in the control group were treated with standard calcium dialysate. To observe the changes of calcium and phosphorus levels in serum before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the concentration of serum phosphorus in the group and the control group were decreased with the in crease of treatment time（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the blood phosphorus concentration in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;After treatment, the blood calcium concentration in the study group was no significant difference compared with before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the blood calcium concentration in the control group was significant increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The blood calcium concentration of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The low calcium dialysate can significantly reduce the blood phosphorus levels and better control of the patient＇s blood calcium level. And ,it is worth to he promoted clinically.
