抑郁症患者生活质量、自我护理能力的影响因素及康复护理对策

摘　　要：目的:了解抑郁症患者的生活质量和自我护理能力,探讨影响抑郁症患者生活质量和自我护理能力的因素以及对抑郁症患者的康复护理对策。方法:采用自我护理能力测定量表、世界卫生组织生活质量测定定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF),对2015年1月~2017年10月832例抑郁症住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:832例抑郁症患者的ESCA量表总分为(86. 58±24. 05)分,概念评分为(14. 80±5. 02)分,责任总分为(12. 85±5. 54)分,知识评分为(33. 92±4. 95)分,技能评分为(24. 17±5. 25)分。自我护理能力与文化程度、积极因素与消极因素相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。与成人常模相比,抑郁症患者的WHOQOL-BREF总体生活质量、生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域得分均降低,且差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。与成人常模相比,抑郁症患者的总体生活质量、生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对不同文化程度的抑郁症患者,应进行个体化健康教育指导,引导患者进行自我护理,提高生活质量。Objective To understand quality of life of the patients with depression and discuss the influence factors of the selfcare ability and rehabilitation nursing countermeasures. Method 832 patients with depression were selected from January 2015 to October 2017 and investigated by self - care ability testing scale and World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire - Brief Version （ WHOQOL - BREF）. Results The total score of the ESCA scale in 832 cases of patients with depression was （86. 58 ±24.05）. The concept score was （ 14. 80 ±5.02）. The total responsibility score was （ 12. 85 ±5.54）. The knowl- edge score was （33.92 ±4. 95）. The skill score was （24. 17 ±5.25）. The selfcare ability of patients was related to education level, positive factors and negative factors and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The WHOQOL - BREF overall quality of life, physical, psychological, and social relations scores of the patients with depression were all lower than adult normal model and the differences were all statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion According to different educational levels of patients, individual health education guidance should be carried out to guide patients to self - care themselves and improve the quality of life.
