全程质量管理在降低腔镜器械损耗率中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对腔镜手术器械实施全程质量管理,达到降低腔镜器械的损耗,节约医疗成本。方法:针对2015年腔镜手术器械报废165件,其中人为因素引起的73件原因进行分析,采取相应措施。结果:通过进行严格有效培训,及对重点环节的质量控制,在手术配合,CSSD护士接收、清洗、保养及装配等方面优化流程,使人为因素引起腔镜手术器械损耗率从46. 06%降到8. 42%,达到预期效果。结论:手术医生、手术室护士和消毒供应中心护士严格执行标准化操作规程和处理流程,使腔镜器械保持良好性能,延长器械使用寿命,对降低腔镜器械损耗率是十分有效的,应继续实行并持续改进。Objective In order to reduce the loss of the endoscopic instrument and the cost of medical treatment,the whole process quality management is carried out. Method The article analyzed the reasons for the rejection of 165 pieces of surgical instruments in 2015, and analyzed the causes of 73 pieces of the human factors, and took corresponding measures. Results Through strict and effective training, and the key link of quality control, coordination, the surgery CSSD nurses receiving, cleaning, maintenance and assembly optimization process, make the human factors caused cavity mirrors surgical instru ments attrition rate from 46. 06% to 8.42%, to achieve the desired effect. Conclusion The surgeon, operating room nurses and disinfeetion supply center nurse strictly implement standardized operation procedures and process, make the cavity mirror equipment keep good performance, prolong the service life of equipment, to reduce the cavity mirror equipment attrition rate is very effective, should continue to implement and continuous improvement.
