摘 要:针对目前矿用蓄电池充电机充电效率低、充电慢、输入功率因数低等问题,设计了一种大功率的蓄电池智能充电机,以H桥逆变为核心作为充电机的功率变换电路,并兼容AC380/660V两种电压制式。可以提高充电机的功率因数和效率,减少对电网谐波污染。本文采用高性能的ARM用于整个充电过程的控制与监测,通过对的IGBT逆变器脉冲的移相控制。设计了改进型变电流间歇快充法,缩短充电时间。For the current mining battery charger,the charging efficiency is low,the charging is slow,and theinput power factor is low. A high-power battery intelligent charger is designed. The H-bridge inverter is usedas the power conversion circuit of the charger,and it is compatible with two voltage systems of AC380V andAC660V. It can improve the power factor and efficiency of the charger and reduce harmonic pollution to thepower grid. This paper uses high - performance ARM for the control and monitoring of the entire chargingprocess,through the phase shift control of the IGBT inverter pulse. An improved variable current intermittentfast charging method is designed to shorten the charging time.
