摘 要:在相转移催化剂(PEG-400)的存在下,对环氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ESBS)嵌段共聚物进行开环反应,成功制备了SBS丁二酸氢钾离聚体。将该离聚体应用于环氧树脂(E-44)/脂肪胺(DMDC)固化体系的增韧改性。结果表明,SBS丁二酸氢钾离聚体最佳的制备条件为:ESBS质量浓度为150g/L,丁二酸氢钾/ESBS物质的量比为1.6,PEG-400/ESBS质量比为7%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为4 h,最终可制得离聚体的开环率为78.2%。添加质量分数为1%的该离聚体能有效提高E-44/DMDC固化物的韧性,改性环氧固化材料的拉伸强度为50.4 MPa,增加39.2%,弯曲强度为67.2 MPa,增加16.7%。SBS potassium hydrogen succinate ionomer was successfully prepared by ring-opening reaction of epoxidized styrene-butadiene-styrene (ESBS) block copolymer in the presence of phase transfer catalyst (PEG-400). The ionomer was used for the toughening modification of the epoxy resin (E-44)/aliphatic amine (DMDC) curing system. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of SBS potassium hydrogen succinate ionomer were as follows: the concentration of ESBS was 150 g/L, the molar ratio of potassium hydrogen succinate to ESBS was 1.6, the mass ratio of PEG-400/ESBS was 7%, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 4 h, and finally the ionomer with 78.2% ring opening degree was obtained. The toughness of E-44/DMDC cured product can be effectively improved by adding 1wt% ionomer. The tensile strength of the modified epoxy cured product was 50.4 MPa, increased by 39.2%, and the bending strength was 67.2 MPa, increased by 16.7%.
