新型包覆胶的制备及在集成墙板复合中的应用

摘　　要：在无三苯环保溶剂体系中,使用丙烯酸羟基乙酯改性聚氨酯预聚体,加入聚酮、酚醛、碳五碳九共聚树脂等增粘树脂,再加入负氧离子助剂复配,制得了施工工艺性好、气味小的新型包覆胶,产品具有环保低毒,低温时胶水流动性和耐寒性好,胶膜结晶速度适中,粘性维持时间≥10 min,便于初期返工,能够常温使用等特点,在集成墙板包覆领域得到了较好的应用。In the aromatic hydrocarbon free environmentally friendly solvent system, a new type of cladding adhesivewith better workability and small odor was prepared by using hydroxyethyl acrylate modified polyurethane prepolymer andadding the tackifying resin （such as polyketone resin, phenolic resin, copolymerized petroleum resin） and negative oxygenion auxiliary. This adhesive has low toxicity, good fluidity at room temperature and cold endurance. The crystallization rateof adhesive film is moderate, the tack retention time is more than 10 min, which is convenient for initial rework, and theadhesive can be used at room temperature and have obtained good application in the field of integrated wallboard laminating.
