摘　　要：介绍了装配建筑施工过程中,板间拼缝的尺寸设计、施工工艺的处理以及外墙防水处理对弹性填缝密封胶(硅酮类、聚氨酯类和改性硅酮类)的性能要求。The performance requirements for the elastic sealing sealants （silicone, polyurethane and modified siliconetypes） , which are presented by the size designment of seams between panels, construction process treatment and waterprooftreatment of outer-walls during the construction process of precast concrete buildings, were discussed in this paper.
