摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理法干预医院中药养护环节中饮片不合格率的效果。方法针对医院中药房中药饮片的养护环节,从"人、机、料、法、环"5个方面找出影响的主要因素,应用PDCA循环管理法进行2轮干预,对干预前组(2015年1月至12月)、第1轮干预组(2016年1月至12月)、第2轮干预组(2017年1月至12月)中药饮片不合格率进行对比分析,有针对性地制订科学的采购计划,加强采购验收管理,改善饮片储存环境,建立饮片重点养护品种目录,完善养护制度等措施。结果该院中药饮片不合格批次由干预前的93批降为干预后的22批,不合格率由20. 94‰降至4. 55‰(P <0. 05)。结论 PDCA循环管理法应用于中药饮片养护环节,可明显降低中药饮片不合格率,提高中药饮片质量。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management intervention on the unqualified rate of Chinese herbal pieces in its conservation process in our hospital. Methods In view of the conservation of Chinese herbal pieces in the dispensary of our hospital, the main factors were found out from the 5 aspects of person, machine, material,law and environment. Two rounds of intervention were conducted by PDCA cycle management method. The unqualified rate of Chinese herbal pieces in the pre-intervention group（from Januaary to December in 2015）,the first intervention group（from January to December in 2016） and the second intervention group（from January to December in 2017） were compared and analyzed. The scientific purchasing plan should be formulated,the management of purchasing acceptance should be strengthened,the storage environment of slices should be improved,the catalogue of key kinds of slices should be established, and the conservation system should be improved. Results The number of unqualified batches of Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital decreased from 93 batches before intervention to 22 batches after intervention,and the unqualified rate decreased from 20. 94%v to 4.55%v （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management method applied to the conservation of Chinese herbal pieces can ~duce the unqualified rate of Chinese herhal pieces and improve the quality of Chinese herbal pieces.
