摘　　要：目的促进药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作规范化、标准化,提高其管理水平。方法对比医院PDCA循环管理模式实施前后ADR主要观察指标(有效上报率、住院病区漏报率、新严比、报告人职业构成比)的变化。结果实施PDCA循环管理模式后,有效上报率、住院病区漏报率、新严比明显改善(P <0. 05);报告人从实施前以护士为主转变为医师、护士并重,药师为补充的格局;药师报告占比较小、报告例数增长不明显等问题,移交下一个循环解决。结论运用PDCA循环管理模式能有效提高ADR监测管理水平,值得推广应用。Objective To promote the standardization of monitoring of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） and improve its management level. Methods The main outcome measures of ADRs（effective reporting rate,hospital ward misreporting rate,new severe ADR rate,the con- stituent ratio of reporters） were compared before and after the implementation of PDCA management mode. Results After the implementation of PDCA management mode, the effective reporting rate, hospital ward misreporting rate,new severe ADR rate were improved significantly compared with those before（P 〈 0.05）. The reporters were mainly nurses before and now mainly the doctors and nurses,while the pharmacists as supplement. The proportion of pharmacists＇ reports was small,and the number of reported cases was not increased obviously,these problems were expected to solve in the next cycle. Conclusion PDCA cycle management mode can effectively improve the level of ADR monitoring and management,which is worthy of promotion and application.
