摘  要:分析比较了不同焊材和焊接工艺参数对不同厚度奥氏体不锈钢S30408钨极氩弧焊的预拉伸焊接试件焊接工艺评定的影响,试验结果表明,采用ER308L焊材的预拉伸试件可以得到符合要求的力学性能指标,预拉伸后焊接接头的屈服强度比原始钢板提高了52%~75%;厚板试件在较大的焊接热输入下,预拉伸后试件的力学性能也能满足要求。The effects of different welding wires and different welding process parameters on welding pro- cedure qualification of pre-stretched weldments of S30408 austenitic stainless steel of different thickness using GTAW were analyzed and compared. The test results show that the mechanical property indexes complying with the requirements can be obtained for the pre-stretched specimen using ER308L welding wire;and it was found that the yield strength of the pre-stretched welded joint was increased by 52%-75% against the original steel plate; the mechanical property indexes of the pre-stretched specimen can also meet the requirements.
