摘  要:封头分瓣温压成形在一定程度上改变了材料的性能,通过对温压成形后的12Cr2Mo1R钢板进行力学性能和金相组织检测,研究了温压成形对材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,试样经过温压成形后提高了12Cr2Mo1R材料的强度,尤其是受拉伸区域,延伸率和抗拉强度均超出GB 713—2014标准对该材料的要求,但对低温冲击性能影响不大。即使变形率未达到GB 150. 4—2011中要求恢复性能热处理的条件,为了降低后续制造过程中开裂的风险,温成形后应增加中间热处理,消除成形后的残余应力。The properties of the plate petals of the head were changed after warn forming. The influence of warm forming on the properties of 12Cr2Mo1R steel plate was researched by testing the mechanical proper- ties and microstructure of the steel after warm forming. The test results show that the strength of 12Cr2Mo1R steel was improved after warm forming, especially the tensile zone, both its elongation and tensile strength exceeded the requirements of GB 713-014 standard for this material,but it has little effect on low tempere ature impact property. Even if its deformation rate did not reach the conditions for restorative heat treatment in GB 150.4-2011,intermediate heat treatment should be done to eliminate the residual stress after warm forming,in order to reduce the risk of cracking in the subsequent manufacturing process.
