资管新规下地方资产管理公司发展战略探析

摘　　要：本文以资管新规正式发布为切入,通过研判处于资管产品核心的银行理财转型之路,分析资管新规对地方资产管理公司业务的影响。我们认为,资管新规会促使金融风险显性化,这一过程中将有大量不良资产集中释放,地方资产管理公司应发挥资产稳定器、资源调配器作用,在资产管理能力、业务模式、产品体系等方面精准发力,确保地区金融稳定,守住不发生系统性金融风险的底线。The thesis analyzes the ment companies, by investigating management products. We believe impact of the new capital management regulations on the local asset manage- and judging the transferring way of bank that the new capital management regulati finance which is the core of capital ons will expose the financial potential risk when a large number of non-performing assets coming out intensively. Local asset management compa- nies should play the role of asset stabilizer and resource allocator, and forces on asset management capability, business model, product system and other aspects, to stabilize regional financial and the bottom line of systemic financial risks.
