宁夏某医院2006-2015年住院死亡病例死因分析

摘　　要：目的分析宁夏某医院报告死亡病例的死因构成,为疾病防治提供依据。方法根据第10版国际疾病分类(ICD-10)标准对宁夏某医院2006-2015年住院死亡病例进行死因分类,并对死因构成及死因顺位进行分析。结果 2006-2015年宁夏某院住院死亡病例3740例,其中男性2597例(69.4%),女性1143例(30.6%)。男性病死率(8.25‰)高于女性(4.03‰)(χ~2=428.53,P<0.01)。60岁及以上组病死率达11.01‰。构成死因前5位的疾病分别是循环系统疾病(23.7%)、肿瘤(19.8%)、损伤与中毒(13.6%)、呼吸系统疾病(11.2%)和消化系统疾病(9.9%)。10年间死亡疾病谱没有发生明显改变,近两年消化系统疾病和呼吸系统疾病死亡比例有所上升。结论应加强循环系统疾病和肿瘤的防治工作,做到"三级预防",以降低人群死亡率,并提高居民的健康水平和生命质量。Objective To explore and analyze the causes of reported death cases in a hospital to find out the primary diseases influencing residents＇ health and provide scientific evidence for disease control and prevention. Methods According to the International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）,the causes of death in a hospital from 2006 to 2015 were classified and analyzed. Results From 2006 to 2015,there were 3740 deaths in a hospital in Ningxia,including 2597 males（69.4%）and 1143 females（30.6%）. The mortality rate of males（8.25‰）was higher than that of females（4.03‰）（χ^2=428.53,P0.01）. The mortality of group 60 years and above reached 11.01 per thousand. The top five causes of death were circulatory diseases（23.7%）,tumors（19.8%）,injuries and poisoning（13.6%）,respiratory diseases（11.2%）and digestive diseases（9.9%）. The death spectrum has not changed significantly in the past decade,and the proportion of deaths from digestive and respiratory diseases has increased in the past two years. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of circulatory system disease and tumors,and to achieve＂three-level prevention＂to reduce the mortality rate and to improve the health and life quality of the residents.
