摘　　要：主要介绍了电阻电流噪声的表征及其测试技术的发展和应用现状,指出了目前国内的测试标准已经跟不上测试技术的发展这一问题,提出了修订标准的建议。The characterization of resistance current noise and the development and application of its testing technology are mainly introduced. And the problem that the current demostic testing standards can not keep up with the development of testing technology is pointed out, and the suggestions of amending the standards are put forward.
