摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了Yb^(3+)-Er^(3+)-Tm^(3+)掺杂LaSr_2F_7纳米陶瓷。针对其光温传感特性的研究,分别测量了980 nm激发下不同掺杂比例样品的发光光谱并进一步测量了在298 K-573 K温度范围内的变温光谱;拟合并分析了Tm^(3+)离子的热耦合能级强度比和温度的函数关系。该研究为透明陶瓷光温传感器件中实现光温测量提供了应用前景。Yb^3+-Er^3+-Tm^3+ doped LaSr2F7 nanoceramies were prepared by high temperature solid-state method For the study of its Optical temperature sensing doping proportions under 980 nm excitation and characteristics, the emission spectra of samples with different the dependence of emission spectra on the temperature in the range of 298 K-573 K were measured.The dependence of the emission intensity ratios of Tm^3+ ions of thermal coupling level on the temperature was studied. This research provides a promising application for realizing photo-temperature measurement in a transparent ceramic temperature sensor.
