摘  要:主要探讨测试光纤光栅温度传感性能的方法,测量所需温度范围内,光纤光栅探头反射波长与温度的关系,得到温度传感的线性度;通过使探头在两个不同温度源间的快速切换,得到温度传感的响应时间;通过与高精度温度传感器对比,或利用光纤光栅探头的最大测量误差,得到温度传感的精度;并分析了测试方法的误差来源。The test methods for the temperature sensing performance of fiber grating are discussed. By measuring the relation between the reflection wavelength of fiber grating probe and the temperature in the required temperature range, the linearity of temperature sensing can be obtained. By switching quickly the fiber grating probe between two temperature sources, the response time of temperature sensing can be obtained. By comparing with the high precision temperature sensor or utilizing the maximum measurement error of the fiber grating probe,the precision of temperature sensing can be obtained. Meanwhile, the error sources of the test methods are also discussed.
