摘 要:首先通过Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,然后石墨烯为模板用水热法将其与Fe_2(MoO_4)_3复合,成功制备了石墨烯/Fe_2(MoO_4)_3三维多孔复合物。通过XRD、扫描电镜、拉曼光谱以及红外光谱对制备的石墨烯/Fe_2(MoO_4)_3复合物进行结构和形貌表征,并测试了其电化学特性。结果显示石墨烯/Fe_2(MoO_4)_3复合物呈多孔结构,且Fe_2(MoO_4)_3颗粒分散在石墨烯孔隙间,循环伏安曲线显示复合物有优良的电化学性能。The graphene was prepared through using graphite as raw material by Hummers, and then it was combined with Fe2(MoO4)3 with using hydrothermal method to obtain the different ratio of Fe2(MoO4)3/graphene complex. Finally, the structure and morphology of the prepared graphene/Fe2(MoO4)3 complex were characterized by Raman spectroscopy,XRD, sem and so on.The results show that the structure and morphology of Fe2(MoO4)3/graphene complex are basically in line with the test requirements,and also show that electrochemical properties are very good.
