基于“工匠精神”的创新创业型人才培养的思考

摘　　要：从"工匠精神"的内涵出发,分析了在本科高校人才培养中导入具有"工匠精神"的创业创新型人才的必要性。希望在创业创新教学改革中融入"工匠精神",通过培养具有"工匠精神"的高水平创业创新型师资队伍和建设特色校园文化等方式,将创业创新型人才培养与"工匠精神"有机结合在一起。Starting from the connotation of ＂artisan spirit＂, this paper analyzes the necessity of introducing ＂artisan spirit＂ into the innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges, and tentatively proposes several paths to infiltrate ＂artisan spirit＂ into the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,example, the reform of education and teaching, training the high level teachers with the ＂ artisan spirit＂, campus culture.
