高校图书馆转型的必要性及发展策略探析——以榆林学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆是为高校的教科研服务的,在高等教育发展中担负着重要作用,但随着社会经济的发展,在网络时代下,榆林学院图书馆与各高校图书馆一样面临巨大挑战,所有我们要及时转变理念,顺应潮流,实现转型,只有"以读者为中心"树立以人为本的服务模式才可以适应信息服务环境的变化。University libraries serve the teaching and scientific research, which play an important role in the development of higher education. But with the development of social economy, especially in the Intemet era, like other univer sity libraries, the library of Yulin University has to face enormous challenges. Therefore, what university library has to do is to change its concept, conform to the historical trend and transform with times. Only under the user- centered mode and by establishing a people -oriented service model can university libraries adapt to the change of the information service environment and develop more smoothly.
