摘 要:强对流天气短时临近预报业务是国家防灾减灾、重大社会活动和精细化天气预报的迫切需要。为提高气象灾害的监测、预警能力,更好地为政府部门和公众服务,采用B/S结构模式及WebGIS技术研发了安徽省市县短时临近监测预警系统。该系统是面向实时监测和分析、短临预报、预警制作等功能为一体的业务平台,实现了灾害性天气的0-12小时短时、0-2小时临近预报和预警的制作发布等业务功能。目前,系统已业务应用一年,在短时临近预报预警工作中发挥了重要的支撑作用。The short-term forecasting and nowcasting of severe convective weather is to meet the demands of national preventing and mitigating disasters, major social activities, and fine weather service. In order to improve the monitoring and warning capabilities of meteorological disasters, and serve the government departments and the public better, the short-term proximity monitoring and warning system of Anhui was developed using the B/S struc-ture model and WebGIS technology. The system is a business platform for real-time monitoring and analysis, short-term forecasting, early warning production and other functions. It realizes the business functions of 0-12 hours short-term, 0-2 hour nowcasting and warning production for severe weather. At present, this system has been in ser-vice for a year and has played an important supporting role in short-term forecasting and warning.
