微信公众平台在医院应用的实现

摘　　要：目的:将医院门诊就诊业务和住院押金办理业务移植于微信公众平台,简化患者就诊流程,拓展医院服务模式。方法:使用数据库存储过程技术实现微信公众平台与医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)之间的数据交互;采用网闸技术隔离内外网,保证网络信息安全。结果:患者可以在微信公众平台上完成预约挂号、智能导诊、微信支付、检验检查结果查询、缴纳住院押金等业务。结论:微信公众平台在医院应用的实现提高了数据利用率,保证了数据安全,且接口系统易于扩展。Objective To apply WeChat public platform to the services related to hospital outpatient and hospitalization deposit to simplify treatment flow and improve hospital service. Methods Data interchange was executed between WeChat and HIS by database stored procedure technique, and gatekeeper technology was used to isolate the internal and external networks for information security. Reults Appointment of registration, smart guidance, WeChat payment, examination results inquiry and deposit paying were carried out at WeChat public platform. Conclusion The involvement of WeChat public platform contributes to improving data utilization efficiency, data security and its interface system extensibility.
