摘　　要：文章以国家知识产权局专利信息服务(南京)中心检索和分析系统为数据源,从微生物应用于废水领域中国专利的年度申请量、生命发展周期、技术领域(小类)、专利申请人、专利发明人、中国专利地区分布这几个角度进行分析,为企业和科研机构的创新活动以及开展知识产权战略提供参考和帮助。Based on the data source of the retrieval and analysis system of the patent information service （Nanjing） center of the State Intellectual Property Office （SIPO）, the patent analysis of the applications of microorganism in wastewater is carried out. Through the investigation of the annual application amount, life cycle, technical fields （sub-categories）, patent applicants, patent inventors as well as the regional distribution of patents in China, it might provide reference and help for enterprises and scientific research institutions, innovation activities and launching intellectual property strategy.
