摘 要:文章针对复合材料工型加筋壁板的屈曲行为的数值预测问题,提出了基于筋元的数值建模方法,考虑了筋条与蒙皮的界面脱粘破坏以及加筋板在压缩过程中内部材料损伤对结构承载能力的影响,模拟了结构屈曲失稳和损伤引起的结构刚度退化的压溃破坏行为。为了引入上述破坏模式以得到更好的数值模拟结果,选用cohesive界面单元来模拟筋板之间的脱粘破坏,引入子程序来实验筋板的刚度退化,讨论了脱粘破坏及刚度下降对结构屈曲后屈曲的影响。此种基于筋元思想的屈曲分析方法对于提高工型加筋板的设计和几何参数优化效率具有重要参考价值。To predict the buckling behavior of composite I-type stiffened panels, a numerical modeling method based on stiffener element is proposed. Considering the interracial debonding between stiffeners and diaphragms and the effect of material damage on the bearing capacity of the structure during compression, the buckling instability and the degradation of stiffness due to damage are simulated. In order to introduce the above failure modes to obtain better numerical results, cohesive interface element is used to simulate the debonding failure between stiffeners and plates, and the con'esponding subroutine is introduced to consider the stiffness degradation of stiffeners and plates. The buckling analysis method based on the idea of stiffener element has important reference value for improving the efficiency of design and geometric parameter optimization of I-type stiffened plates.
