摘　　要：当前独立学院发展已经进入瓶颈,竞争从拼规模、比数量的粗放型阶段转变为提升核心竞争力的特色办学阶段,因此独立学院必须牢牢把握这一历史机遇才能在未来发展中取得立足之地。教学模式的转变是增强独立学院核心竞争力最有力保障,基于普通高校特点逐渐形成的传统教学模式已经完全不能适应当前独立学院发展态势,因此采用全新的精准教学是独立学院教学模式发展的必由之路。文章从独立学院办学特点和学生实际情况出发,明晰独立学院办学定位和教学目标,形成了一种教师、学生以及教学管理者全员参与的全新的精准教学模式,对推动独立学院发展以及增强独立学院核心竞争力具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。Nowadays, the development of the independent colleges has entered a bottleneck, the competition has changed from the emphasizing scale to improve the core competitiveness of the characteristic education, so the independent colleges must firmly grasp the historical opportunity to be a foothold in the future. The change of the teaching modes is the most powerful guarantee. The traditional teaching mode that gradually formed in the common colleges and universities has not been completely adapted to the current development situation, so the new accurate teaching is the only way for the development of the independent college teaching modes. Based on the characteristics o fthe independent college students and the specialty orientation, this paper establishes a new teaching mode which is participated by teachers, students and teaching administrators. It is of the very important theoretical and practical significance to promote the development of independent colleges, and enhance the core competitive capacity of the independent college this accurate teaching model.
