预制T梁临时支座设计计算及施工难点分析

摘　　要：资兴高速公路锦门大桥预制T梁采用架桥机进行施工,施工中存在简支转连续的体系转换,转换过程中临时支座的设计和施工是该工程的技术关键点,该桥采用砂筒式临时支座结构。介绍了临时支座的结构形式、计算分析及施工难点,实践证明,该砂筒式临时支座结构设计合理,满足施工使用要求。The construction of prefabricated T beam of Jinmen Bridge over Zixing Expressway is made by adopting the bridge girder erection machine. The simply - supported - continuous system conversion exists in the construction. The design and construction of temporary support during the period of conversion are technical key points of this project. The sand -cylinder -type temporary support structure is adopted for this bridge, and the structural style, calculation analysis and construction difficulty of temporary support are introduced. The practice proves that, this kind of sand -cylinder- type temporary support structure has reasonable design, which can meet the operating requirement of construction.
