摘　　要：党内民主历来是马克思主义经典作家重视的政党建设策略,对党内民主的探索也是成果颇丰,认清当代中国在党内民主建设中的不足,找出差距,吸取马克思主义经典作家们党内民主建设的成功经验,对保持我国党内民主建设始终成为世界社会主义运动中的闪光点,具有重要的思考启示价值。Inner-Party democracy has always been a Party construction strategy that Marxist classical writers attachgreat importance to, and achievements of exploration on inner-Party democracy have been achieved. It has an im-portant value of thought and enlightenment to recognize the defects in the inner-Party democracy construction incontemporary China, find out disadvantages and absorb Marxism classical writers＇ successful experience, in orderto keep the inner-Party democracy construction in China being the sparkle point in the world socialist movement.
