摘 要:双凸极永磁电机(Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor,DSPM电机)研究重点内容之一是转子位置信号的控制检测。文章根据DSPM电机的工作特点,选用无位置传感器方案,设计了电机转子位置信号控制的硬件部分与软件部分。硬件系统主要包括功率变换电路、隔离电路、主控制电路。软件体系主要考虑电机的起动、正交正弦波参考电流信号等。实验结果显示文章所选方案具有良好的控制性能,能够有效实现DSPM电机的实时跟随控制。One of the more importmant study focuses on Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor(DSPM)is the rotor position signal control detection. According to the working characteristics of the DSPM motor, the paper designs the hardware and software of the rotor position signal control system,which uses the non position sensor. The hardware system mainly includes the power conversion circuit, the isolation circuit, the main control circuit. The software system mainly considers the starting of the motor, the reference current signal of the orthogonal sine wave and so on.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme has good control performance, and can effectively achieve the realtime following control of DSPM motor.
