摘  要:以3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四羧酸二酐(ODPA)、4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,N-甲基-2-砒咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,粉末二氧化硅(SiO_2)为添加剂,通过原位聚合法得到二氧化硅/聚酰胺酸杂化液,制备二氧化硅/聚酰亚胺杂化薄膜。用红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、偏光显微镜和拉力试验机等对杂化薄膜的聚集态结构及性能进行表征测试。结果表明,SiO_2极细的粒径对PI起到了增强、增韧作用,随着SiO_2添加量从0%增加到8%,杂化薄膜的有序度、拉伸强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率呈现先升高后下降的趋势。当二氧化硅添加量为6%时,杂化薄膜的综合性能最佳,此时有序度、拉伸强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率分别较纯PI膜提高了6%、15%、28%、28%。Polyamic acid was synthesized by 3,3′4,4′-diphenyl ether tetracarboxylate(ODPA)and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)in solvent N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP).Then the powder SiO2 was added into the synthetic polyamic acid solution,and powder SiO2/PI hybrid films were prepared by in situ polymerization.The aggregation structure and performance of the hybrid films were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,PLM and tensile test.The results showed that the fine particle size of SiO2 played an important role in reinforcing and toughening PI.With the content of SiO2 increased from 0%to 8%,the degree of order,tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation of the hybrid films increased first and then decreased.When the amount of SiO2 was 6%,the comprehensive performance of the hybrid film was the best,the order degree,tensile strength,elastic modulus and elongation at break was increased by 6%,15%,28%,28%,compared with pure polyimide film,respctively.
