大内径C_(18)杂化柱的制备及固相萃取性能的评价

摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸碳酰十八酯(SMA)为功能单体,乙二酸二甲基丙烯酸(EDMA)为交联剂,在内径为530μm预先填充了ODS硅胶颗粒的石英毛细管中通过原位聚合法制备了一种杂化柱并针对其固相萃取(SPE)的性能与相同内径的萃取小柱进行对比。以质量浓度为250mg/L的褪黑素标准溶液为测试物,测得萃取小柱和杂化柱的柱交换容量分别为3.28μg和8.75μg。在最优的固相萃取条件下将一系列浓度的褪黑素溶液经SPE-LC-UV系统富集后洗脱,测得两柱对褪黑素的富集倍率分别为88和287。A hybrid column was prepared by in-situ polymerization in a silica capillary with ODS silica gel particles pre-filled in530 micron inner diameter using octadecyl methacrylate(SMA)as functional monomer and EDMA as crosslinking agent.Extraction column for comparison.With melatonin standard solution of 250 mg/L as the test material,the exchange capacity of extraction column and hybrid column were 3.28 and 8.75μg respectively.A series of concentrations of melatonin solution were enriched and eluted by SPE-LC-UV system under the optimum solid phase extraction conditions.The enrichment ratios of melatonin on the two columns were 88 and 287,respectively.
